The Method: How to Make Guacamole with Mango

Throwing together your mango guac is super simple and straightforward.ย

Essentially the method includes some simple knife work, and then you just mix everything together!

All you need to do is cube avocado and mango; chop tomato; mince red onion; super finely mince garlic; roughly chop cilantro (use the stems too, because that’s where all the flavor is); juice some limes; and lightly toss everything together into a bowl with cumin powder, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and salt.ย

Then your mango guacamole is ready to serve up with your favorite tortilla chips — and maybe some of my epic salsa roja as well.

Too easy!
